Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TAIYO X (the "Platform"), connecting a wallet, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

The Platform provides an interface for trading tokenized representations of U.S. equities and related instruments settled in USDT, together with spot, futures, and copy-trading features. You interact with the Platform using a self-custodial Web3 wallet; connecting your wallet both creates and signs you in to your account — there is no separate username or password.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use services of this kind. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you. The Platform may not be available to residents of certain jurisdictions.

4. Your Wallet and Account

You retain full custody and control of your wallet and private keys at all times. We never take custody of your keys and cannot recover them.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your connected wallet.
Keep your device, recovery phrase, and wallet software secure. Any transaction signed by your wallet is presumed authorized by you.

5. Deposits, Authorizations and Withdrawals

Deposits are made by authorizing a USDT smart contract on a supported network (e.g. BSC, Ethereum, Arbitrum, TRON) and transferring funds. On-chain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct network and for holding sufficient native gas (BNB, ETH, TRX) to complete transactions. Withdrawals are processed to the address you provide; funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

6. Risk Disclosure. Trading digital assets and tokenized instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire balance. Prices are volatile, leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and positions may be liquidated. Tokenized assets are not the underlying securities and may carry additional counterparty, custody, and liquidity risks. Past performance — including any figures shown for copy-trading leaders — does not guarantee future results. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All trading decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Use

Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform or its infrastructure.
Using automated means to abuse bonuses, referrals, or promotional activities.

9. Fees

Trading and other fees, where applicable, are displayed in the relevant interface at the time of your action. Network gas fees are paid directly by your wallet and are outside our control.

10. Availability and Changes

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, liquidations, network failures, third-party wallets, or your own transaction errors.
